19 Days of Freedom

Between my full-time job, starting Orange is the New Black, and trying my best to be social, I seem to have missed the memo that summer is nearly over. I return to school in 19 days, and honestly I couldn't tell you where the time went. I'm headed back to the ol' H-Burg kind of early in order to start RA training, and while I couldn't be more excited to go back, there's a very sad little girl inside me that wants summer to go on forever.

I mean, 19 days is almost three weeks, so I still have ample time to make memories and even out my awful sunburn. But that means that I need to seriously get to work on my Summer 2014 bucket list...actually, now that I'm thinking about it, I don't have a Summer 2014 bucket list. The first official item on my Summer 2014 bucket list is 1) Make a Summer 2014 bucket list. I think you see where this post is headed.

Summer 2014 Bucket List

1) Make a Summer 2014 Bucket List (that was easy)
2) Go lasertagging (I seriously haven't been in over a year)
3) Turn 19 and have a classy adult garden party
4) Throw a pinkies-up brunch complete with floral print flatware (see above, these two go hand-in-hand)
5) Spend the day at the beach
6) See One Direction live (I promise I'm a legal adult)
7) Spend 4th of July with people I love doing something hella tight (I went to Philly and saw Ed Sheeran live with some of my best friends, I think that counts)
8) Actually go to the pool (seriously how have I not gone to the pool yet?)
9) Hang out with my best out-of-town friend Claire (she's flying in for my birthday because she's the best)
10) Go to a Nationals game (again, seriously how have I not crossed this one off already?)

I think I'll keep the list to 10 items for now, as I only have 2.75 weeks to get it all done. I'm sorry for the short post, y'all, but I seriously don't know what you want me to write about. I want you to be entertained! Leave me suggestions in the comments below or tweet me @asauerpatchkid

Until next time,
